CONTEXT

Client Project Through TouchPros

BoostFundz coupon book interface displayed on tablet and mobile

THE BRIEF

Fundraising Designed Around the People Using It.

BoostFundz translated school fundraising and coupon books into a digital platform. Working through TouchPros for Varsity Group, I shaped the user experience, visual system, feature planning, and launch materials with the client and developers.

MY CONTRIBUTION

I mapped journeys, created Adobe XD wireframes, designed interfaces and dashboards, and developed typography, iconography, and promotional assets. The client supplied the logo and core brand colors; my work extended them into a coherent product experience.

01 / The challenge

Make Access Part of the Design Strategy.

The initial direction centered on an iOS app. The audience included parents, grandparents, coaches, and donors using different devices. As access and platform cost concerns emerged, the project shifted toward a web-first experience with an app-like interface.

A shared menu structure connects the desktop and mobile experience.

02 / The decisions

Give Each Participant a Clear Path.

Organizers, vendors, and donors needed different actions and information. I developed user flows and interfaces around fundraiser setup, coupon creation, donation, and progress tracking. Campaign, 24-hour Blitz, and coupon book models needed to remain understandable within the same visual system.

Mobile designs connect fundraising progress, discount discovery, and redemption.

03 / The delivery

Connect the Campaign to the Dashboard.

I extended the interface language into fundraising dashboards, promotional kits, and the marketing site. Working with developers and the client, I helped align feature planning and cross-device presentation as the platform moved toward launch.

Campaign views make fundraising activity and calls to action visible across devices.
Organizer and participant dashboards share the platform’s typography, iconography, and layout language.

OUTCOME & REFLECTION

A Web-First Platform at Handoff.

BoostFundz soft-launched with web access and Android availability; the iOS version was in final approval at handoff. Post-handoff performance metrics were outside my access. The case study demonstrates the platform decisions, interface system, and delivery work.

Created through TouchPros for Varsity Group / BoostFundz, in collaboration with the client and developers. The BoostFundz logo and core brand colors were supplied by the client.
